i have left my phone at home which is a long way from where i work, everything i try is sending an sms to my phone..
how can i select an alternative method, i can access my account, but when i select edit it just sends a code to my phone..

I'm sorry about the inconvenience you are experiencing with the MFA process.
In this case it is necessary to reset the Multi Factor to the user experiencing the issue, in this case your own user.
The MFA reset will wipe away the credentials for all configured factors and allow users to set up their factors again.
