I am trying to use Apple Business Manager (business.apple.com)., which appears to require connecting to the device management features of Okta.
is there a help doc on how to do this?

Currently, we don't have any documentation available on the Apple Business Manager integration due to the fact that the app is only available as an SWA application on the Okta Integration Network.
AppleID/Apple Business Manager only supports Microsoft Azure Active Directory integration and not generic SAML or OIDC that you could establish between Okta and business.apple.com.
