I have been using Okta for the past year since working from home all perfectly fine and no issues. Then after downloading the Mac update 10.15.7 yesterday, I restarted my laptop and logged into Okta all ok via google chrome, but when logging into each app/programme via Okta none of them now work or show the apps screen, for example Outlook emails no longer load to show the emails, instead it is broken and incoherent with broken colour all over the screen? So I’m unable to access or use anything via Okta. What can I do to fix? My IT department said he’s never seen this issue before and other than clearing out my caches and checking that I had the latest google chrome, he said he didn’t know what else to do.
