Okta Verity Push Notifications Stop Working After Update to iOS 14.8

Wondering if anyone else is having this problem. Since Updating my iphone to iOS 14.8, Okta Verify has stopped sending push notifications. If I open the app, I see the prompt to authenticate. If the app is already open and active, the prompt never appears. I have to switch away to another app, then switch back to OV to get the prompt.

 

This is also happening with my Synology Secure Sign-In app. Duo Mobile works fine.

 

I've power cycled the device, disabled and re-enabled notifications, checked background refresh was on for the app, but the issue still persists.

    If you are on 6.81 app version you can go through push diagnostic tool and see if it helps. Also you can submit bug after running diagnostic tool on the Okta Verify feedbacks.

    I'm having the same problem, I believe after an iPhone update. I'm on OKTA verify 6.9.0 and iOS 15.1, - the problem started occurring a couple of weeks ago after an iOS update (not sure which one).

     

    I get NO alerts for OKTA, no sounds, banners, red dots, nothing. And like Scott, if I switch to Okta verify AFTER the push has theoretically occurred, I get the option to accept.
