Too many requests error after signing in

Hey Okta customer help team,

I'm a dev at ContinuumGRC Inc. and we recently created an Okta App to use the SAML login as an MFA on our product site.

The product site URL is https://continuumgrc.auditmachine.com/auditprotocol/ and our Okta App is ITAM GovCLoud on https://continuumgrc.okta.com/

When we try to access

https://continuumgrc.auditmachine.com/auditprotocol/ it redirects to https://continuumgrc.okta.com/login/login.htm with a fromURI variable, which seems correct.

But when we enter our Okta login credentials and click "Sign In", it is looping and sending too many requests -- throwing out an Error 429

I don't think this is an issue with our code or browser cache.

It looks like something went wrong with our Okta configuration, since we are new to Okta and have never had it set up before.

Could you please take a look at our Okta configuration and let us know where it may have gone wrong?

Thanks, Alex
