Hi Everyone,
Currently we just deploy Zscaler ZIA to one of our customer, Integration required OKTA for security and future roadmap and other application.
Regarding OKTA SSO with Zscaler. Does end user required for multi authentication process for each time login to windows or only when 1st time installation and subsequent login is based on windows same as OKTA IWA?.

The end-user should be prompted to log in the first time after the installation, then every time the session expires in Okta.
If you require any additional information that would require troubleshooting I would advise opening up a support case.
