Every time I get a Value Plus call on it’s own., When they use a Visa card the Value Plus system will not let the Visa card go through. This is always when the Value Plus call is give to me as the only call. I have no other offers on that call except for the Value Plus affinity call. I have sent many messages on it and no one has responded. Sherry Renner.
