Adobe Browser Extension Breaks MFA with ADFS

We are experiencing an error while attempting to login to ADFS federated web applications with the Okta MFA provider for ADFS. This error only occurs in Google Chrome when the Adobe Acrobat extension is enabled in the browser. The error is "Failed to authenticate. Invalid or null id_token" and is displayed after the password is entered and the Okta MFA provider tries to load.

Has anyone else experienced this issue? We can reliably reproduce it on several devices with the Adobe Acrobat extension enabled.

Thanks.

    Hello @MattG.89371 (Customer)

    Thanks for posting!

I found there is an internal defect reported for a similar problem and was resolved on Okta + ADFS Plugin version 1.7.8. But I can't tell you for sure if you are facing the same situation.

would you mind to tell me which ADFS Plugin are you running?

did you try different web browsers?

    Good Morning Carlos,

Sorry I didn't see your reply until today.

We are version 1.7.0 of the plugin. This doesn't seem to affect other web browsers.

I will see if I can download version 1.7.8 of the plugin and see if that helps.
