Okta sign-in widget struck at login page in higher environment
Hi Team,
We are having angular application and using Okta sign in widget, we are facing issue login issue where sign-in widget struck at login page in higher environment. And below are the observations for same
- The sign in widget and user authentication works fine and perfect in lower environment(Okta Preview environment).
- Code has been deployed to higher environment which is production environment with production Okta configuration keys and details.
- Post deployment, we are facing below issues.
- Few users are not able to login to the application, after entering the credentials and clicking 'Sign In' button the 'sing in widget; get stucks and nothing happens, and no access/id tokens are getting generated.
- And for few users this works perfectly where users are authenticated successfully and access/id tokens are getting generated.
Please suggest,
