Hey everyone,
We are syncing Okta with our internal OpenLDAP server and would like to add some more user attributes. It looks like we currently have 4 but would like to add a fifth. I went to the Profile Editor and made my way to the Pick Schema Attributes window which came back empty. I went to the Directory Integrations section and under Provisioning > Integration, I can see our 4 pre-existing extra attributes but don't see a way of adding a fifth their either. I have verified that the attribute would return the correct value by temporarily replacing one of the existing attributes with the new one. Any guidance would be helpful. I've been trying to work with Okta support on this for over a week and haven't gotten anywhere. Thanks.

The issue you have described looks like there is a feature missing for your tenant. Working with LDAP right now using the same OpenLDAP (but through a VM) and the only way I can reproduce your issue is by disabling certain features that relate to Schema Discovery.
Replacing one of the existing attributes with a new one means that your integration should be working fine.
If you are already working on a case with Okta Support please have the engineer also check on the Features to be 100% sure that you are not missing anything on our side.

After a call with a support person, we were told we were limited to 4 Extra User Attributes. If this is the case, I really hope it can be changed as going through and manually updating entries for 381 people seems like a lot of unnecessary manual labor. I've attached a screenshot of the section I am talk about below.
