Okta Verify app requesting Admin username and password

Hello all!

I am trying to figure out why my MDM-managed devices keep asking employees for an administrator username and password occasionally.

 

I determined the issue to be related to Okta Verify, as every time I sign out of an app (such as Kandji) and sign in using the Okta Verify app, I am prompted for the admin username and password.

 

This occurs on all of our M1 and Intel MacBook Airs.

 

I thought at first the issue was related to Kandji, but once I started getting the pop up more frequently around the time that I was signing in to an app using Okta, I determined that I believe the issue is specific to Okta Verify.

 

Is there someone who could assist me in troubleshooting this issue?
