I've signed up for free trial by my email address truefree@truefree.net.
And I didn't get the activation email or something so I just can't login via https://truefree.okta.com because I don't know the password.
I tried to reset my password by email but it says "At this time your password can only be reset by an administrator. To send them a request, go to your Sign-in Help page. Then click the Request help link."
I can't find any request button on help page and don't have permission to open a case.
Plz let me know how I fix this problem.

Easiest is probably just creating the trial tenant again and checking your spam folder for the activation email. If that activation step wasn't done I don't think that trial tenant will still be there.
