Okta Signout ReDirect with SAML Implementation
In the past, I've seen mention of the use of "fromURI" to redirect to a custom page when using the Okta logout functionality, e.g. /login/signout. By default, this signs the SP out of the Okta application and then redirects to a Login page. For some of our applications we want to redirect to a static Logout page instead. Does the fromURI option still work or has it changed? If not, is there any way to implement this functionality without implementing SSO Single Logout?

Regarding this matter, fromURI is currently working, so it shouldn't be an issue.
The SLO URL also works, if the app supports that, as not all the apps do.
However, to make sure we get the right code and app configuration, it might be better for you to get in touch with us by creating a ticket so we can get into a screen sharing meeting and review the flow there, as this would be the shortest path to the resolution here.
