HttpContext.User.Identity.IsAuthenticated is always false , even when HttpContext.AuthenticateAsync(OktaDefaults.MvcAuthenticationScheme) return true and succeed .

For an issue like this I would highly suggest opening up a ticket with our support team so that we can have a look at the issue with more detail given that we would need a network trace in order to find out where the flow breaks as well as more details about your app's configuration.
