I'm working on testing a trial version of Okta, and had attempted to turn off MFA based off https://support.okta.com/help/s/article/How-to-disable-factors-under-Extra-Verification-in-the-user-settings-page?language=en_US

It lead to an interesting death look for one of my test users where the page kept attempting to load but kept attempting to request that I set up MFA.

I thought this was just something that might affect new users, until I attempted to login with my admin account the next day, and found that not only is the death loop affecting all users including my admin, attempting to access the Admin interface prompts the death loop to start again, meaning I am unable to access

I've since made a new trial portal
