I Have a problem with connecting okta and jfrog. Now I can log in to jfrog through okta but I can`t change the role for the user. I found 2 titles about this nothing was helping me.

If this is provisioning use case, this functionality will depend on if provisioning functionality is supported. Looking at the OIN (Jfrog Artifactory), this application only support SAML authentication.
Using SAML to authenticate, you should be able to configure attribute statements which define a role.
