    Verbose can only be enabled for the AD and LDAP agents and it is not an available option for the On-Premise Provisioning Agent, unfortunately. If you are looking for a way to debug issues, you can use the existing logs generated by the agent in the 'Logs' folder. There will be errors useful in troubleshooting. 

     

    For more in-depth troubleshooting of the issue, I suggest opening a case so our engineers can use the proper tools to aid you on this matter.
