    That message has the role to inform you that an endpoint had too many attempts to be utilized in a too much short period of time. Rate limits can only be increased temporarily to a specific value and to be a specific date.     To do such request, you will have to raise a ticket with our Support Team. Please keep in mind that all the details required in the first article provided are mandatory and we cannot proceed if any of the information is missing.

     

    In your specific use case, most probably you are using an API call to create groups or to assign users to a group, therefore the endpoint api/v1/groups was called to many times.
