Recently our users have been running into an issue when they are trying to reset or setup MFA. If you navigate to the personal settings portal and try to choose "setup" next to either SMS or Okta Verify extra verification they are getting the error I posted in the title. I am unaware of any changes that were made and not sure why they would not be able to access this page.
