I am trying to reset my password. I got the password reset link which asks me to enter the answer to the recovery question which says incorrect. Is there a way I can reset my password without a recovery question. My user Id 00upraynx98RnSLtr1d6. Once a user is in recovery status and if I have a wrong email Id or lost access to reset password link what are the other ways to change my user status.

Self-service account recovery requires that the user had previously provided Okta with their "forgot password question/answer" and at least one other recovery factor (secondary email, SMS phone, or voice phone), and that the user can confirm their identity using those factors before Okta will reset their password. The only other option is to contact their Okta administrator and request a password reset.
