Hi,
Is it possible to customize the page where users are sent to activate/create their account (Activate Okta Account link from the Welcome email notification)? https://<tenant>.com/user/welcome
We need to add more HTML elements on this page and some JavaScript. Is this something we can do using a Okta Hosted Custom Sign-in Widget?

Unfortunately, we don't have customization options on the admin portal for the activation/creation user page.
What you can customize on your org, is the Sign in page.
All options for customization on your org, can be found by going to Settings>>>Customization. You can take a look there what options you have for customization.
