Pending User Action to Active

We are currently creating Okta accounts from our ServiceNow instance, the okta account is created in the state of "Pending User Action" (user gets an email they must setup their okta credentials). Upon setting up their login credentials, their okta account goes to Active. Is there a way to have okta send something back to ServiceNow when the account changes from Pending User Action to Active?

    There is no way to map that data back to ServiceNow. We do have a product called Okta Workflows that would likely be able to accomplish this though.

     

    I do see the value in your request and would encourage you to create a feature request at ideas.okta.com and share with your colleagues to upvote it. Our Product team looks at these often and generates EA Feature Flags from these requests.
