Upload attachments to existing Jira ticket via built-in connector

Based on the documentation, it appears there should be a card to upload an attachment to Jira. It should have 2 inputs, the issue key and the file. I cannot find this card in Jira or Service desk. I'm assuming my alternative at this point is to use an https upload card, but I have not yet tried that. Does anyone know where this upload attachment action is?

    Hi William,

The best option would be to create a support ticket so we can provide you further support, when creating the support ticket select the product type workflows, based on what you have stated.

    Thanks!
