Hi team,
I already logged in my mobile device, then old device is not working now, i changed my device. i installed okta app in new mobile. trying to register my account using app sign in URL, always im getting error message "Something went wrong". Kindly help me resolve this issue

In order to be able to assist you can you provide more context on your current issue.
If you cannot login to Okta with a new device I believe it's tied to the MFA enabled for your account which needs to be reset.
To further troubleshoot you can open a ticket with Support.
