    Based on your description it is unclear if the issue is with completing MFA via the verify application or if this is related to opening the verify application itself.

     

    I would recommend you email support@okta.com with regards to this issue stating the Okta tenant and the admin account you use so we can verify the request and allow us to provide the level of support you will need for this issue.
