When I try to change my password in Okta it gives an error when I click Verify and in Setting it says Verify is Disabled. How do I get this changed to Enabled so I can do my password reset?


  • Hi Carol! This is Andreea from Okta Support, thank you for reaching out to us! To enable Okta Verify for your user, go to Security > Multifactor > Factor Enrollment and set Okta Verify to Optional/Required to the group you are assigned to.
