As many environments will differ (number of users, attributes, etc.) and due to the nature of the cloud service (timing, current load, etc.), it would be impossible to gauge just how long a migration would take.

For instance, a large volume of users with only a few attributes each migrated at a time of low capacity on our services may take a few hours, but the same amount of users with a dozen attributes each at the same time may take much longer.

Similarly, two migrations all else equal aside from when the job is performed may take a few hours during low capacity, but may take several more if you do it at a time of high service load.

You may also have issues if you migrate too much information at once, and run into Rate Limiting:

So you will want to take all of this into account when planning for your migration. I would highly suggest you get in touch with your Account Executive associated with your support account, and they can help direct you to an architecture and planning resource within our Professional Services division, as they can assess your situation and provide you with a best action plan for this process.
