JIT provisioning (Inbound Federation) using an external service rather than out of box JIT
We have a use case for JIT provisioning during SAML inbound.
Okta provides an out of box JIT feature for that. However requirement is to use our existing service for provisioning during JIT flow.
In our existing (legacy) system we have our own service which performs provisioning at this point once SAML assertion is validated and user is not found at Service provider side. Since we are migrating to Okta so would like to continue using our service for provisioning during JIT flow. Initially we thought we do this integration using inline hooks however SAML hooks provides flexibility only for outbound federation.
Anyone had same issue or have any thoughts around it?
