I am registering new users on servicenow, but they are not imported. What are the possible causes?

The Import could be failing for multiple reasons, we have to make sure that the users do have first and last name, and email on the ServiceNow profile, or they will most likely fail.
Due to the fact that there could be multiple different reasons why this is failing, I would recommend to open a support ticket so further assistance can be provided and deeper troubleshooting can be done.
