One of our departments is looking to minimize the work their app has to do in ensuring the user has the right claims required for the app (Email, FN, LN and DOB). We have to make this information optional at registration.

App owners would like the log in widget to know what the app the user is logging into requires, and then direct the user back to a registration or profile screen if the user does not have all required claims. (or maybe if the user is not in a group of members who have all the required claims). They would like to do this with little to no coding within the app if possible.

The simplest way that I can think would require each app to check the claims and to direct users to our central profile screen to update if needed. The profile screen would then redirect back to the app which would then recheck for claims.

Is there a no code solution?
