We have created an application in Azure AD B2C and trying to add OKTA SAML 2.0 as an identity provider as per doc:https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/active-directory-b2c/identity-provider-generic-saml?tabs=windows&pivots=b2c-custom-policy. When we are trying to run custom signInSignUp policy, we are able to login through OKTA after providing login credentials but it is not providing token/XML response and giving 500 server error. Please let us know what should be the redirect URI in OKTA and process to follow for SAML intergration with Azure AD B2C.Also please share us the documents if any.

Have you went through the Okta document -
https://help.okta.com/en/prod/Content/Topics/Provisioning/azure/azure-about-integration.htm
Go through the integration guide as it looks like the issue is with configuration only.
i know it's been 3 months but I am having a similar problem.
trying to get to use OKTA as external IdP using SAML from B2C.
the answer you got (the document) is for AD integration not B2C, did you succeed in doing what you wanted to do?
thank you
Mark
I am struggling with this issue as well setting up Okta and the IdP to and Azure SP with a IdP initiated SSO. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
