u39i7 (u39i7) asked a question.

How can I print out a MAU report for my account?

The basis of what we pay to Okta depends on knowing our MAUs, so I would expect this kind of report to be available to account admins and easy to generate. Yet, it is not it seems. The best we can do is run an async report that tells us how many of our directory has logged in during the time period? And this is delivered in a CSV? Isn't there an easy way for us paying customers to know what our MAU trends are, so that we can be better prepared? Apologies in advance if this info is somehow available, but I have been unable to locate it when I looked again this year (after looking last year). Can anyone provide advice or help? Thanks.

This is Bogdan from Okta Support.

At this time there are no reports available that will show the MAUs, and an option would be to request this information from your Customer Success Manager.

You can suggest this request as a feature on the Okta Community portal by using the 'Feedback' option at the bottom of the Okta admin console. Features suggested in our community are reviewed and can be voted and commented on by other members of the community, therefore making it much easier for the engineering team to understand the priorities that you have for feature requests. From there, the PM team will review the top 30 most voted upon ideas each month and provide feedback/roadmap status on these via the forum.
