Greetings,
We have several systems that have dedicated administrator accounts which allow for more advanced configuration. Ever since we implemented Okta, we can no longer use those accounts (they're not in our directory service). Is there a way to temporarily disable the Okta login so that one may access the system login directly and log in with these local/built-in accounts?
Cheers

a couple wasy. one is create an AD account "service" account and match it to the app account. you could also create Okta accounts that map to the app but less secure. OR in most apps there are SSO bypass you can add accounts to.
Let's talk about the last option, as the other two really won't work for us. Can you point me to documentation about how the SSO Bypass works? I'm not an Okta administrator, so I'd like to point our admins in the right direction.
Cheers
its based on the app its self no way for me to know without haveing the same app but most have an option... if not just create a matching Okta account
