Enabling API Integration error

I am getting a certificate error when attempting to enable API integration to my Scim 2.0 Base URL.

  • Error authenticating: sun.security.validator.ValidatorException: PKIX path building failed: sun.security.provider.certpath.SunCertPathBuilderException: unable to find valid certification path to requested target

This is a SCIM 2.0 Test App (OAuth Bearer Token) application.

The url is valid and I can reach it via the web. The digicert certificate associated to that url is valid. Not sure how to resolve this error or why the certificate is giving me a security exception.

Thanks for any help you can provide.
