Hello Community,
is there a way to exclude some users from being managed or updated from Profile source app like HRIS apps ?
i saw something like this in on of Okta Videos (it was True or False filed called HR Mastered).

There is no way to exclude only some users from profile updates. That would mean that those users are not assigned to the HR application anymore (they would not have access to the application).
You can exclude some attributes from being managed by the HR app by using Attribute Level Mastering.
Or you could choose the "Do Not Map" option from profile mappings if you don't want to map certain attributes from or to the HR application.

When implementing Ultipro-Okta Integration, there were some users we did not want to import in Okta and the Ultipro team had added the filter in the custom report on the Ultipro side.

We did not want some attribute updates to be processed from HR and we had used attribute level sourcing as defined here :
