Notifications not working on iPhone 12 with iOS 14.4.1

Notifications is turned on for Okta but no notification is displayed on either the iPhone or Apple Watch. If I open the Okta app, I am presented with the push request. Restarted all devices, turned notifications off and on again. Still no change.

  • Hi Anthony,

Please check and confirm that the automatic push is allowed on the device. We just ran a test with iOS 14.4.1 with the latest version of Okta Verify where all notifications show up.

The best course of action would be to uninstall and reinstall the app, make sure all permissions are allowed.

If the above steps don't make any changes, please open a support case for further investigation.

    Thank You,

Yes, I removed the app and reinstalled it. It didn't work the first time I tried it but for some reason turning Bluetooth off and on again resulted in notifications going through to Apple Watch properly when the iPhone is locked. Thanks.
