i am trying to create a workflow to notify our helpdesk when a users login is updated. We function in 365 with multiple domains (regional branding). Our HR updates Okta via a CSV. When a user is moved to a different region, HR will update their primary email address. Our Okta login is based on this primary email address. I am looking to create a workflow that emails me the user and the attribute that has been updated.
So far, I can see the action item for trigger as "Okta profile update". The part I am struggling is finding "what" attribute updated. I would appreciate any assistance with this.

Thanks for contacting Okta Community. The list of attributes that were updated would show under the "Changed Attributes" field of the "Okta profile update" card. You can obtain the changed attributes from there and use them for the Actions card. If you need further assistance, please open a support case with us.
