MattJ.21480 (Customer) asked a question.

Logging on to windows 10 machines requires Legacy authentication to be enabled

Hi recently we turned off "legacy authentication" for our Office 365 app to improve security... However a strange error now occurs since doing that.

New users on windows 10 Azure joined machines are unable to sign in...

Okta logs for the users show "Deny user access due to sign on policy"

...if i turn off the Disable legacy authentication... and allow it again, the user can sign in no problem.

anyone have the same issue? Is there something i need to change on the 365 side?

thanks
