ggdx3 (ggdx3) asked a question.

SSO partner integration: how?

This is probably a simple question and I need to be pointed to the proper documentation, but I can't seem to find it by myself.

Our makes mobile labs - trucking containers outfitted with biological sample testing equipment. Each lab has several laptops used by lab technicians as part of the testing process.

Our partner ALab has leased several mobile labs from us. ALab's mobile labs are operated by lab technicians who are ALab employees, and hence have ALab-supplied usernames/passwords for the lab laptops.

The laptops are configured in kiosk mode and bring up a browser with the URL pointing to our company's AWS data services. We are securing our AWS data services using Okta. This requires a login before access is granted.

When a ALab user logs in to our data services, they will use ALab credentials. This means when a ALab user logs in, we will somehow need to communicate with ALab to implement SSO. ALab also uses Okta.

What is the procedure for performing this integration, please? Thanks for your help!
