Hi, we use Zoho mail for our companies email and I'm trying to setup a custom email in okta and our dns on cloudflare but it's not working.
I read about the sendgrid caveat but i'n not sure if it applies to us and if it does is there a way to get around it?
Anybody have any ideas as to where I am going wrong?

It's possible that you entered the host incorrectly.

Recommend you open a support ticket so a session can be held with the customer to identify the issue as you will need to share information that is not appropriate for public forum.
Make Sure you have the subdomain.domainname while adding the TXT Records
