I am having the problem described in this article: https://support.okta.com/help/s/article/Okta-Groups-or-Attribute-Missing-from-Id-Token. Neither of the solutions work for me as I'm using thirdparty software, so cannot control how it fetches information, and my account does not have the API Access Management feature.
I have removed "openid" from the scopes my app requests and tried different combinations of Implicit grant type settings in the Okta app admin interface. None of these have made any difference. Is there anything else I can do apart from reconfiguring my authentication to use SAML?
