Encryption Certificate Upload Error !!!
Hi All,
we are trying to upload the encryption certificate for one of the SAML application integration. The certificate is in .PEM format. but Okta is throwing the following error.
There was an error reading the certificate file: Unable to initialize, java.io.IOException: Short read of DER length.
Has anybody else faced this issue before ? what is the resolution for this ? we have tried this with multiple browsers but getting the same error.
Any help regarding this iss highly appreciated !! Thanks a lot in advance.

Try using a different extension for the certificate like .cer or . crt
I have the same issue and changing the extension didn't help
