rlpjg (rlpjg) asked a question.

Universal Sync is not available for Office 365 Provisioning

Hello,

I'm trying to configure Office 365 in Universal Sync provisioning mode.

However, in the provisioning options, it's not there and I can't explain why it's missing.

The AD Integration doesn't have JIT provisioning enabled so I would assume it's ok but still, it's not appearing.

My AD has Exchange schema extension.

Thank you,

Regards

JB

Here it was I was seeing in the admin portal.

I've open a support ticket asking them to enable Universal Sync and now I'm good. I don't know why it must be enabled by support and why it's not explained in doc but whatever I'm good now.

Maybe it's because it's a trial tenant I opened just for this test.

    Jean-Benoit,

Can you post a screenshot of what you're not seeing? You should have the provisioning option in O365 when using universal sync.

What Okta licensing model do you own? I would check with your Okta AE to see if it applies to your org. Sounds like a feature flag is missing.
