Hi!
If we setup an application with SSO and provisioning and import users , the users either get linked to existing Okta accounts or get created.
In applications like O365 , we want to be able to assign users to groups based on the licenses. If we setup O365 and import users, what is the easiest way to re organise these users into groups based on their licenses? We have to setup these groups in order to make it easier to provision licenses for users.
Thanks in advance.

Are you using AAD Connect right now and planned to Migrate it to OKTA ? If so you may have the AD groups for license assignment in O365 at certain intervals. You can use those groups.
Also there is Group priority, you can use that..
What is the source directory were you're importing users from? Sathish is correct - I would create groups based on your licenses, add members to those groups and assign licenses to those groups. We do this and it works solid. Our group naming is Okta.O365-E3-Only, Okta.O365-E3-Visio-PowerBI, etc
Thanks for your answers. For O365 , we have only License/Role provisioning, so we dont have any groups for licenses. We created Okta groups and organised users per license in those groups.
