Hello,
There is an API call (link below) that fetches the groups of which the user is a member.
Is there something similar for groups? Fetch all the groups that a specified group is a member of?
I searched the API but couldn't find something related.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to fetch all the groups that a specific group is member of, since Okta does not support nested groups. Okta imports all nested directories for group members and adds the user to each group in Okta.
I'd like to encourage you to raise this as a new feature request over our Okta Community by going to your Okta Admin Panel >> Help and Training >> Product >> Ideas.
Features suggested in our community are reviewed and can be voted and commented on by other members of the community, therefore making it much easier for the engineering team to understand the priorities that you have for feature requests.

Since nested groups are not supported, the following operation is also not possible: Fetch all the member groups of a given group (1st level children only).
Correct?
I will discuss internally and raise a new feature request if needed.
