We want all access to our case Salesforce Portal to be managed by OKTA
When case links are sent from the system they use the standard salesforce URL.
How can I replace the standard prefix with one that sends me via OKTA to the case.
See the following example:
https://uat-xxxxxxx.cs190.force.com/s/case/5007b00000AuSXW takes me to the general salesforce
I tried taking the OKTA embed link https://xxxxxxx.okta.com/home/salesforce/0oa9tzoq45m36C6h32p7/s/case/5007b00000AuSXW
but it doesn't work.
