Will OKTA provide guidance on recommended actions for malware detection and security strengthening for OKTA products eg. Single Sign On? There are early reports of multiple attack vectors including via Security Assertion Markup Language (SAML) tokens.

If you have an Account Exec or Customer Success Manager you work with they should be able to give you a response. I don't think Okta has made a blanket statement out via our blog or anything.
But I can tell you that maintaining Okta’s security and the security of our customers is our highest priority. Okta does not use the SolarWinds Orion product (nor is Okta a customer of FireEye). The Okta service has not been impacted by the recent cybersecurity news events. Also, to our knowledge, none of the services Okta works with through its subcontractors or vendors have been impacted by the SolarWinds Orion incident.
