AlexM.67024 (Customer) asked a question.

Issues with Adobe Sign app and migrating to new domain adobesign.com

Hello.

Adobe Sign is migrating domains from echosign.com to adobesign.com. They have reached out to customers asking them to update their Okta app setup.

We have followed the steps (https://helpx.adobe.com/sign/using/echosign-domain-change.html) but no success. Adobe Sign support is telling us now that the Okta Adobe Sign app available in the Okta marketplace is the problem.

Anyone having similar issues?

Thanks,

  • Hi @AlexM.67024 (Customer) ,

Are you presented with any error messages while following the steps? If so, what are those error messages? Feel free to send along screenshots!

    Thanks!

    Tim

No error message at all. It just spins and takes me back to the login screen.

Did anyone resolve this, we are experiencing similar issues?

I had to work with Adobe support since their instructions do not work as intended with the current Okta Adobe Sign app in the store.

We ended up creating a new app from scratch and then following the Adobe instructions. The one caveat is on the Adobe Sign end, you have to use the full URL for the Entity ID/Issuer URL: asok

    Hope this helps.
