Currently there is no Feature that will allow to view or monitor the Okta Licensing within the Administrator Dashboard.
At this moment the only way of viewing the licenses is by contacting your Account Representative or our Sales Team directly as they can provide more info on the license usage for your tenant.
Also we recommend reviewing the Okta Ideas Page and submit a Feature Request for this or upvote if there is already an existing one.
