    Hi Rajneesh,

I don't believe we have a built in report that would quickly provide this. It could be achieved through making API calls to the apps API endpoint. https://developer.okta.com/docs/reference/api/apps/

If you don't have the skillset to query through API, the quickest easy option, is through a plugin built by one of Okta's engineers that makes simple API calls to to provide additional reports across various areas of Okta.

    https://gabrielsroka.github.io/rockstar/

This would not be supported by Okta, but is used by many Okta admins and customers alike to enhance reporting capabilies.

I can generate a CSV file of the report you are asking for by installing the plugin, then navigating to your Apps tab in the Admin UI. From there, open the plugin window, and select "Export Apps". It will provide a CSV of all apps, usernames format sign on mode and more.

    Hope that helps!
